Victims of offences
I defend victims before French criminal courts.
I offer a tailor-made victim defense and intervene:
- At investigation stage (filing a complaint in the name of the victim, defending the victim’s rights during when an investigation judge has been appointed); and/or
- At trial stage : guilty-plea, immediate trial, correctional court, criminal court etc.
Being the victim of a criminal offence, whatever its nature, is always a traumatic experience. I establish a climate of trust with my clients that is as humane as possible.
I also make use of my skills in losses assessment so as to seek the fullest and fairest possible compensation for my clients.
If necessary, I assist my clients after the criminal hearing in recovering the sums sentenced person has been ordered to pay. Under certain conditions, it will be possible to apply to the Commission d'Indemnisation des Victimes d'Infractions (CIVI) or the Service d'Aide au Recouvrement des Victimes d'Infraction (SARVI).
